“ The cha shu in our ramen was cooked to perfection. Tender and well marinated. Egg was also spot on. Flavour of the soup had all the right touch. Not too salty or porky tasting. Service was super efficient and friendly. ”
“ This restaurant offers an authentic taste of Japanese ramen, specializing in the distinct flavors of Sapporo. The décor reflects a simple Japanese wooden aesthetic, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Owned by the same people behind Ramen KOTSU x KOTSU, this spot offers a wider and more varied menu. As always, the service is quick, and the staff are very friendly. I tried the Miso Picante con Ajitama, Miso Ramen con Vieira Mantequilla y Ajitama, Takoyaki, and Karaage. Each dish was delicious, with the ramen's soup base offering a distinct flavor compared to the other restaurant, and the noodle texture was slightly different as well. The ramen broth was rich yet balanced, not overly salty. Appetizers range from 6-9 EUR, while ramen is priced between 15-20 EUR, making the portions and prices very reasonable. If you're looking to experience authentic Japanese ramen, this is a must-visit. Although it's only been open for about a month, it's still relatively undiscovered, but I expect long queues in the future, so I recommend making an online reservation in advance. I'll definitely return to try more dishes, as they also offer a variety of Japanese Donburi. ”
“ I suggest making a reservation before your visit. When I inquired on Google Maps, they mentioned that walk-ins were acceptable, so I decided to drop by the next day without one. Upon arrival, the staff appeared a bit overwhelmed, which made for a slightly awkward situation. I found myself seated at a large table among couples, but the staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly a Japanese lady. It was nice to enjoy a highball again (even if it wasn’t a ginger highball). With the cooler weather, enjoying authentic ramen in Madrid was a real treat. If you’re looking for a genuine ramen experience, this place is worth considering. ”
“ Fantastic place serving truly delicious Hokkaido style Miso Ramen. Also had the takoyaki and yakitori which were both quite yummy. Couple of sakes by the glass, and, obviously, Sapporo beer to pair! ”
“ I’m Japanese and I can say that the ramen here is one of the best ramens I had in Madrid. The staff are amazing, the service is excellent and great atmosphere. My toddler is a picky eater, but she already wanted to go back for the ramen next day! ”
“ Overall, a very pleasant experience in terms of service and atmosphere. The staff were attentive, and the environment was welcoming. Personally, I found the ramen a bit on the salty side, but I really appreciate that they offer a vegetarian option, definitely a nice touch. ”
“ One of the most authentic Japanese restaurants in Madrid for sure! The restaurant is small, aesthetic and cosy! The food was delicious and the service was great! The food came fast and the workers were friendly and attentive! Recommendable to make reservation beforehand. Can’t wait to go back and try their other dishes! ”
“ It’s nice ambiance and the ramen are good for the price. The meat in the ramen were cooked so good. The soup is rich as well. They have varieties of desserts and drinks as well. And surprisingly the Sake was good quality. Def coming back if I crave for ramen again ”
